Honda's touch up pen

Does anyone here know if Honda's touch up pen comes with clear coat paint applicator on the other end? I know that on some touch up pens, one side is the actual paint and the other side (like on an eraser) has a clear coat applicator.

Do the pens work like Pentel liquid paper applicators? When you use it, do you put a clear coat after you're satisfied? Anyway, I'm planning to get some touch up paint and paint at least 2 or even 3 layers on the bottom of my bumper. I heard that if you paint at least 3 thin layers of paint, you don't need a clear coat for protection.

How's the clear coat applicator? Does it work like a highlighter pen?

yeah sort of but is more on the liquid side. The applicator tip is like the same as the paint side.
