No, you should not be charged for the dealer to check an issue that should be covered under warranty, even if they find nothing. Just don't let them try to charge you for it. Not that they would if they are a good dealership.

the brake thing is normal, i wouldnt sweat it, when your braking on bad pavement it does that...but go to the dealership anyway have them take a look, couldnt hurt.

I hate to overlook the obvious, but are you sure that's not just ABS kicking in? On the way home, I run over a patch in the road with a sewer and my ABS always kicks in - dry, wet or snow. It'll happen on any uneven surface where it detects the tires are locking up, so it kicks in order to prevent it.

its not abs. 1 because i've slammed on my breaks to avoid hitting a deer. and the abs light comes on with it activates and my car was vibrating pretty hard. this is just in my pedal. and its violent sometimes. i think is unsafe. and most of the time i am not brakin hard

it is the abs, trust me. whenever i am lightly pressing on my brakes and i go over a bump or a crack like you said, the abs kicks in and the pedal rattles alot.
