foglight plastic removal?

does anyone know how to remove the foglight plastice piece on the front bumper? Im not installing fog lights, I just want to take that plastice piece off so there would be a hole where the foglight is.

any information or advise will be very helpful

just the circle part or the whole black plastic part. the circle you have to cut it out.

you cant remove it because its part of the bumper.
