Light Help

I know there are CEL threads, but i cant seem to find one that helps me. Last night i installed my AEM SRI (it didnt not give me any problems last time it was on) and drove around with no issues. I put about 20 miles on it this morning with no issues. Now here is where it starts. I pulled the intake off to install my TWM ss and bushings. I did not remove the sensor from the tube, i just loosened the clamps and removed the whole tube. When i finished with the install, i put the tube back in and tightened everything up. I cranked my car up and stood in front of the engine bay to make sure everything was running correctly. I waited a few minutes and then got in my car and noticed the emmission light was on. Now i drove around and felt no difference in performance and the light never went off. I went back over everything and retightened the clamps. I also put another sensor in the tube and now i am waiting for a little bit to try again. How do i reset the CEL so I can see if it comes on again? Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting this? How many miles do you have to drive in order to get the CEL?

Well I did the disconnection of the battery and let it run for awhile. I then drove it too. So far it has went away.
