Water Leaks???

I've noticed that my car will "leak" water whenever I have the ventilator or AC on (right underside of the car about a foot before the catalytic conv.). B/C of the large volume of water, I'm assuming that it is just condensation due to the temp difference between the air outside and the temperature of the hoses coming off the AC/vents. Has anyone had the same problem? or what do you guys think it is??
