door panel bulges

dont know if anyone else experiences this or not but everytime i roll down my drivers side window my door panel tends to bulge out a little bit. though when i roll down the passenger side nothing happens to the panel. any thoughts?

It's the pressure from the window being pushed all the way up....it's normal. The passenger side does it as well, you probably don't notice it as much
