peeled anti-rust layer, how to fix?

the black protective layer that is like rust-proof in the wheel well / fender (where the wheel sits in) got peeled off today when i was using my high pressure washer. [i know...i'm retareded ]. not a big area, just few lines. i was wondering if there is any aftermarket stuff similar to the honda factory black sticky/plasticy stuff that u can spray / paint on?

thx 4 help!
