Wow...I wish I could help. That's the shittiest thing ever.

I suppose its worse in our cars, because the lights are everything, lol.

Let us know if you figure out what it is. Have you called your Honda dealer? Maybe they know.

U0155: F-CAN Malfunction (Engine Control Module (ECM)/Powertrain Control Module (PCM)-Gauge Control Module)

You should really order the Service Manual...I'm surprised that you did the clutch/flywheel install without one.

The DTC points to page 11-185 to test. It could be one of several things. If you have a code reader, could you scan and post whether or not you have any pending codes?

I walked through the transmission removal pages in the manual and there are not many connectors that need to be removed. Are you sure that they are all secure and installed correctly? You did make sure to first disconnect the battery before working on the tranny and then making that the last thing that was connected after the tranny and everything else was bolted up right?

Okay...Here are steps from according to the shop manual:

1) Turn the ignition switch on (II).

2) Clear the DTC with the HDS.

3) Check for temporary DTCs or DTCs with the HDS.

Is DTC U0155 indicated?

Yes - Go to step 4.

No - Intermittent failure, the system is okay at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the gauge control module (tach) and the ECM/PCM.

4) Check for body electrical DTCs in the DTCs menu with the HDS.

Is DTC B1168, B1169, and or B1178 indicated?

Yes - Go to step 5.

No - Do the gauge control module input test (see page 22-267)

5) Turn the ignition switch OFF.

6) Jump the SCS line with the HDS.

7) Remove the gauge control module (tach) (see page 22-272).

8) Disconnect the gauge control module (tach) 36P connector.

9) Disconnect the EC/PCM connector A (44P).

Steps 10-18 discuss testing the connections. Sorry I don't have a scanner.

Were you able to get the problem resolved? FWIW, I did not throw any codes after changing the clutch/flywheel and reinstalling everything.

He had one harness still connected when the transmission was lowered. As a result, the wires pulled out of the clip where it connects on the top of the transmission. I'm guessing that when he fixed the wires going to the clip, he got them backwards which resulted in the problem.
