Question what's wrong with my car?

It seems something is wrong with the transmission module?
We've found about ten cars have this issue.

Check the TSBs. The 06 Civics with the R18 motor need to have a gasket replaced to fix the oil leak as some of the bolts were not torqued correctly during assembly.

it seems transmision fluid is leaking, not the engine oil?
I'm not sure if the TSB mentioned the same issue?
Thanks anyway!
Could you give a URL for the TSBs? :P

If I'm not mistaken, you've definitely got some fluid leakage there. You should get that checked out, ASAFP. Don't drive it!

Yes they did. It was a seal or gasket from the drive shaft going from Tranny to the left wheel. Mine was not that bad. I noticed it when I had 3000 miles on the car. It was probably leaking from the day one. I think I caught it soon enough. They said they will fix the leak and if it comes back, they will have to put a new tranny in there which kind of scared me. Come to think of it, I need to to Jack up my car and check it again to make sure the leak has not come back. I now have 6000 miles. ex coupe auto 06.

they cleaned & added ointment to the bottom of transmission as they're suspecting it's leaking there.

could you please show me the pic of "Tranny". I don't know what it's exactly.
BTW, why did replacing a new Tranny scare you?

Got no pics. Mine was about the same area as the pic on post #14.
They put dye in my transmission and thats how they could pinpoint where the leak was comming from. You need to know where the leak is originating from.

actually they did not fix anything but to clean the leaking oil. 5000+ KM is better than 2600+KM, maybe becuse the speed of leaking is stable now, who knows. They're still diagnosing where the leaking is from?

I'll keep you posted if any update.

I've got some more pictures which were shoot @6600 KM.
The dealer checked the leaking fluid and sent a report to the manufacture to ask for a replacement of the transmission module.
