STATIC / ZAAAAPPP

Hey guys i was wondering if i am the only one who is getting zaap in my car. I notice that after i drive for more than 15 minutes or so when i get out of the car i get zaaap....

I dont know if because i have the all weather rubber matts or the carpet in my house or what. Is anybody out there having the same problem? I will appreciate your assistance. Thanks in advance.

i get that too, i think its from my coat or the fabric seats
