There isn't one that's supposed to be there. My wifes 05 Accord doesn't have it either. I am really glad it's not there because the gas station I go to has pumps that you can feather and I top off all the way up through the end of the filler neck. You basically get about 3 exta liters of fuel that way.

No need to drag this discussion on any longer. There isn't another flap (or swing door) to cover the hole.

Same thing on the sedan: Where the gas cap goes!
