nvm i just yanked them out and found that it was the red clips behind the airbag covers that was rattling so i put some foam tape around the area where it meets the metal and presto no more rattle (for now)!

i have this same rattle and it is annoying as hell.

had it at the dealer 3 times for it. their response is they cannot duplicate the problem which means there is no problem.

how hard was it to get off those covers? any pics?

I think this might be the faint noise I've been hearing. Any info would be great.. Pics are even better. :)

Has anyone else been able to yank their c-pillar cover out? I tugged a little bit, but I'm not sure whether to pull just the airbag part out or the entire thing. i also can't find a good place to pull from without feeling like I'm going to break the plastic.

Do you have an Si? Here's how to take the A-Pillar garnish off:
http://www.collegehillshonda.com/ins...ightmirror.pdf

It's the day-night mirror installation instructions. You'll need a new upper clip as they are not reusable - they're 1.50 ish on-line. I had mine apart today but still can't isolate the A-Pillar rattle. Very annoying....

the c pillar srs cover is not at all hard to take off. pull from the bottom of the cover then work at the rear of the cover to loosen the red clip in the rear. the only hard part is the upper front clip which is kinda a pain in the ass to remove but if u tug at it long enough it will come off. just be careful with the upper front clip and everything else should be pie! sorry no pics! although this didnt solve my rattle.

does anybody have that rattle coming from the back where it sounds like ticking/screeching only when it warms up but disappears when it gets colder? sometimes its on the left and sometimes its on the right rear
