Belt tensioner pivot bolt HELP!!!!!!!!

I CAN'T get the bottom bolt on the belt tensioner off for the life of me!!!! PLEASE HELP. It has to come off with an 8 mm Allen wrench, I have everything off except for this one bolt. I've tried to use all kinds of things for leverage!!! Somebody who has successfully done this please help!!!!!! I'm not taking off the mount and dropping the engine to get it off either...

When I did mine, I removed the tensioner itself to get to that bolt.. (assuming we are talking about the same bolt)

this is easy..The pwer steering line hinders the pivot bolt, for easy access of the pivot bolt just open the clip holding the power steering line onto the chassis and removed the two small bolts below the line. your working space should be the alternator area. Use a rachet, an extension and a sawed off 8mm allen.

I'm sure you've found a way. Share. But if you could already reach it you could use wrench for leverage. Also using smaller ratchets makes thing easier.
