Crashed my car this morning is it considered totaled ?

Hit the quarter panel and pushed in the rear wheel in and side curtain airbags blew out will the insurance consider it totaled..

I'm asking anyone who has experienced this.

If it's a Bentley, they won't.

If it's a Yugo, then yes.

From what I know, a Airbag(s) being deployed is good for you. Good luck and sorry to hear about your whip.

doesnt look too bad on the body from the pictures

Might get totaled...

quarter panel damage alone is $1800-$2200 ish, plus you got a deployed airbag..

If the rim took any of that impact you may have a bent LCA...

Glad your ok though

Doesn't look too bad, honestly could go either way. Depends on the estimate the adjuster writes up. If there is a part out in your future let me know, lol.

I don't know why you wouldn't want to keep it, everything that is damaged would be getting replaced, besides the bumper.

Just me knowing that it was in an accident just doesn't work with me..

I'm pretty sure there's a couple of people on this site that would agree with me..

its not purposly running -10 camber lol wheel took most of the impact. but really it depends on how old the car is, and how much the estimate the damage at. they only estimated it at 4,500 ended up costing 10k if you talk to the shop and tell them youd rather them just total it they may help you out. but be aware...you wont get enough to pay off a new car from insurance...

and yes my airbags went off

this Was not a total... no airbags but it cost$4500 to repair.

Was hit by military vehicle, we both reacted so that it was not a 90 degree T bone thank god.
