Should be covered under warranty. But...

That sounds like a wheel bearing. Try this, sometime when your driving on a smooth road with not much traffic, at about 30 mph, carefully swerve back and forth. If the noise goes away, swerving left, it's most likely the left front wheel bearing, if it goes away swerving right, it's most likely the right front wheel bearing. (It will go away when weight is taken off the bearing).
Be careful doing this.

I'm gonna edit this...a wheel bearing sound is usually a constant growl, so it might not be a wheel bearing. Maybe a cupped tire?

Someone else asked earlier but the link on page 1 for the A/C issue takes us to a profile page-does anyone have the right link for the A/C fix? That's probably my biggest complaint, A/C performance is horrible. When its running I swear I can feel a change in the humidity level, like its switching to vent from A/C and blowing un-cooled air. I took it to the dealer and they said it all checked out correctly, but still especially at about 75-80* outside if I don't have it set on the coolest setting, I can feel a noticeable temp & humidity increase that cycles off and on. Not sure if this is the issue in the link but I'd like to check it out.

Also as a few said earlier my driver's side visor is stuck & falling apart after minimal use. Waiting for the next service appt to get it replaced.

My A/C acts exactly the same...it is the worst system I've had on a new car in years.

My '07 Si is my third Honda, but by far the worst from a quality control perspective. The other two were wonderful, trouble-free cars. Ironically, my '07 Silverado pickup has had zero issues after almost a year. And the A/C almost blows ice cubes, even on the lowest setting.

Too much computer controlling everything according to what it thinks best and over reliance on the solar sensor, rather than ambient temp./humidity. But otherwise my AC chills very well, even at 38-40C+ temp. and no glass tint.

Replying to 114...
That sounds like a CV joint. I had that happen to a 1990 Accord. Clicking sound while accelerating into a turn. Should be covered under the drive train warranty. They may try to blame it on your driving (habitually accelerating hard from a stop while turning puts extra stress on the CV joints), but unless you admit to racing you should be fine.

"wah wah wah wah wah noise"

Check for a broken belt in your tires--a small bulge in the sidewall would tell the tale. You'll have to look at both inner and outer sidewalls. I hope that's it, because...

My '99 Acura TL's transmission made that sound and had to be replaced. Next time you're driving down a smooth road and hear the sound, try shifting into neutral and just coasting. If the sound goes away the problem is not your tires.

In my case, a worn bearing in the transmission caused the shaft to wobble and leak fluid around the seal while underway. So I never noticed any on my driveway. By the time I heard the "wah, wah, wah" sound the transmission had been low on fluid for ??? and was beyond repair.

I have only 1,500 miles on my 07 Sedan SI and I noticed the passenger airbag light coming on occasionally. It only comes on when my daughter is in the passenger seat AND only when she leans against the door/window. Initially, I thought it was a fault, but when I asked her to test it...true enough, her leaning was causing the issue, otherwise it is ok.

my civic had the same problem, they chabged the cabin filter and that helped. The service advisor said if you run the heat something other than the ac before turning off the car it will help, the condensation thing.

I have had a problem with my '07 si sedan when I would pull in or out of anything like a driveway where there is a gradient diff. It sounds sort of like a pop coming from the front suspension.

I spoke to someone with an si and he was telling me that Honda has issued something pertaining to a front end suspension issue to the dealerships. He also told me that there has been something given to the dealers dealing with the rpm gauge not responding when you shift.

Has anyone else experienced any noise from the front suspension? Almost like a bad strut sound? Or any issues with the rpm's not being as responsive as they should be?

When I called the Honda dealer that I bought the car from the guy in the service dept. stated that he saw an issue posted concerning the front suspension on the 2 DOOR si only. I am bringing it in this Friday so they can take a look.

Was there ever a response to this? I have that tin can like clicking or ticking coming from the front right side of my passenger side door area and I see other people with this problem but no solutions. just curious if anyone has gotten it fixed? Civix EX Sedan, 2007.

This was actually my original post regarding this issue:

Unhappy HELP: Ticking or Clicking noise (rattle) from passenger side front door area
I have been to Honda 4 or 5 times now trying to diagnose where the hell this noise is coming from. Its a brand new Civic EX sedan. 3000k miles. I have noticed the noise for the past 1k miles at least.

The noise literally sounds like its coming from the front of the passenger side door. It has no rhyme or reason, i cant seem to see a pattern. They checked behind the glove box and nothing is loose. They replaced a motor mount and no dice. Where could this click or tick be coming from? Its not that loud, with the radio on I dont hear it but its so annoying and the car is less that 60 days old and I feel like I am at the end of my rope with trying to get this fixed. Is it in the actual door? In the window? In the strut? I have honestly no idea and neither does Honda so far. It could be plastic? It could be a metal washer? I have no idea.

Any suggestions would be more than appreciated. I am so frustrated.

I have noticed that problem on my 07si sedan the rattle in the front door, but that's not my main rattle I have one in my headliner coming from the right moonroof track 4attempted repairs and it still is there. That along with surging in 1st and grinding in 2nd and 3rd. The pop in the suspension(that was fixed :-) ) some hot air from the cup holders the sunvisor that does not go back flush. Yay I thought I bought a Honda and the problems aren't a big deal if they would fix them. But the dealer doesn't and they don't give me rentals so I'm out over 120 dollars so far. Sorry for the rant I needed to get it out.

Edit: I love my car otherwise

I had a similar popping problem everytime I accelerated after braking at a red light. It happens more frequently when I make tight turns.

I took it to the dealer, apparently the mechanic (whom I've gotten to know personally) said Honda has issued a bulletin with problematic strut bars. He replaced them under warranty. I checked www.mycarstats.com and sure enough, there was a bulletin regarding popping noise coming from the front strut bar.

Ever since he replaced it, it's been perfectly fine.

I had the ticking form the passenger side as well. After bending my neck in some strange positions and getting my ear to the seat rails while puling up and down on the seat I found the cause.

My solution was simply to loosen both passenger seat rails, put weight on the seat and torque them down good and tight. It was conatntly happening to me (tick, tick, tickticktickcitick) and not its been gone for months

Safety Recall: ABS Rear Wheel Sensor O-Ring Inspection

Did anyone else get this in the mail? Something about wheel sensors not being properly installed and could cause the wheel to fall off!
