Honda replace my MTF for free.

Prob a repost, but Honda replace my MFT.
I ask them if they have heard anything about MTF change in the Civic.
After the oil change they confirmed a notice in Jan. Attacted is my reciept. They replace tires as mentioned in another post.
Notice their notes on the ticket.

I just called the dealer over in virginia beach. they told me that the MTF is the same but the part number and bottle color was changed. im not aying thats true, but thats what i was told. They did say there was a notice about the Si drifting because of alignment, but no good for me since i lowered mine anyways w/ sportlines and got my own alignment done.

Eventhough I had the mount replaced and belt kit as well, it took me 4 trips to one dealer and 1 trip to one that would do it.

Man you got alot of work done, whatever place that was, credit to them!

Well, I don't know about that, what I didn't tell you guys.

I do warranty inspections for manufactures and warranty companies. I had on my name tag on when I went there (didn't notice it on till I left). It really helps when you know about cars, if you don't, don't go to the dealership without someone that really knows cars.

I posted this for you guys to use as info, not proof.
Good luck guys.

got mine done this weekend at Manchester Honda in CT for free as well. They were able to find an article tha described the 3rd gear issue and the fact that reformulated fluid helped! Shifts like butter now :)
