Thumbs down Seat problems

Sooooooo, I thought my shoe's sole was rubbing and making squeaking noises on the pedal when I would stop or go. Turns out it's my SEAT!!! WTF?!

I lean forward, seat squeaks.
I lean backwards, seat squeaks.
Car moves forward causing my body to move, SQUEAK, so on and so forth.
Get the idea? What should I do?
Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what IF ANY is the fix?

It's an 07

UPDATE:
So, I went to the dealer today and as usual, no squeak. However, yesterday I saw something as I was cleaning my car. It's on the passenger side. Can anyone explain if that white/clear tab is normal? or is it loose from something else? The dealer said it was fine. It's on the passenger side. I don't see a tab on the drivers side, so I'm confused as to whether that belongs there or not.
There are seven pics just FYI, sorry

I tried to get as low and as close as possible. It sticks out a bit, if you couldn't tell. Any thoughts?

In general when I have a squeak WD-40 does the trick, but I dunno exactly where on the seat you're having the squeak so hard to say.

Damn I'm hearing so many complaints on 8th gen civics.

When they checked out my seat, it turned out to be the seat rails that were bent. I weigh 110pounds so I know it was my fat ass that broke the rails. and no one else drives my car.

He told me it was fine. I told him how people were having their frames changed and he didn't believe me. Now that I think about it, he probably thought I was saying my car squeaks when I move the seat forward or backwards ...like if you're too tall or short DOH!

Exactly.
The clip on my passenger side came undone, so I know what it is.

Would it be a big deal if I just left it as is. I'm afraid to remove any bolts on my seat!

You should be able to snap it back (on the little metal bar somewhere under the plastic) with a little force. It won't hurt anything if you leave it, though.
