1. if i neutralize my car it will not die that quick ... at least not that i can recall ... it will roll for a bit and then cut off ...

2. u noticed that when u did the 3rd - 4th and then was slowing to a stop that the car didn't die ... it won't die if u let the engine slow itself down and u just press the brake ... don't neutralize it until u come almost to a stop.

on another note ... i'll check tomorrow if my car dies that quick if i neutralize it to make sure.

my point is, any car shouldn't do that though even if its turboed or N/A.

then u are misinformed BCJ cuz it happens ...
it probably shouldn't do it ... but it happens ... it's one of those things ...

a MS3 i test drove did the same thing ... and i wasn't the only one who encountered it ... another member on here said the same thing ...

i agree that it shouldn't be happenning but unless we know the cause there's no telling.

normal? i'm not saying that it's normal ... i'm just saying that it happens ...
but with the MS3 it wasn't a neutral thing ... as i recall it was after boosting and letting off the gas it cut off ... so i correct myself.

I had a similar issue in the past (not with my Si, but same issue), and after I tried nearly every shop in town (including dealership), I had to bring it to Feldman Imports in Bloomington, MN. They just started replacing things, trial and error, and eventually found it to be a mass air flow sensor. They thought it would have been a crank angle sensor, but I guess if the CAS goes bad, it will throw a CEL, whereas a MAS would not... Perhaps on the SI a MAS issue WOULD throw a CEL.... All I have to say, is if the MAF is the issue, I win :)

Damn dude, that sucks. Hope you get it straightened out, or get rid of the kit. Good luck.

i already swap the MAF sensor coz i they said that it might be the cause (a bad sensor) but after swapping with siAzul, still have the same problem..

if its after boosting,i can relate to that coz hondata mention to me that when you pass the 9.0psi limiter the engine will shut off for safty reason...

but in my case, im not even boosting.

****im also uploading a video on the same issues but its on third gear.***
