HONDA software updates

I just received a letter from Honda to improve the cold weather performance for the LAF (Linear Air Fuel ) sensor on the catalytic converter.
Is it the ECU update ??
I got a R18.

I just went to the my dealership last week, for my "freebie"-oil change, and asked if they could perform the ECU update(s). They informed me that there were none on '07 model R18's...which is contrary to what everybody on this forum says.

I just dropped off my car at the dealer for this issue.

i bought my car in December, 2005, and Canada!

so i guess like he said..

it's for ppl who got their civics in late 2005 or early 2006 in Canada.

i hope it improves my car getting on in the cold weather.

i fail to start the engine like 1-3 times a week.

My car was built in Feb 06 and I bought it in April but it "needed" the upgrade. I went for it a couple weeks ago. No difference really. Car started before and starts now. But I guess theres a higher probability that it will. :)

No airbag prob or letter either.
