Front bumper issue

well
i was leaving the cinema yesterday night
so when i was on the exit of the parkin lot, the exit ramp is to inclined so my front bumper hit the ground... and the left hand bumper support(the one that you screw in the fender) brokes...
i just push the bumper in place and like nothing happends
but i was to be sure that it will not be popping out
i was thinkin in glu a washer where does the OEM support its suppouse to be...
but i want you to know what do you think ???

please help!!!

I have the same thing due to a minor accident and the body shop told me they would sand off the original clip for the screw and make a new one with epoxy. I recommend doing it this way. Please don't be ghetto and use a washer. Fix it properly

Just form it and let it harden. Then you can sand it smooth and screw in a new screw. Good as OEM
