Perhaps it bounced along the EPS conduits before falling out?

impossible, it would have to come from the fiber optix node, depending on the Tx level at the cmts.

if the bolt is 17mm then it is the tranny fill plug. I don't think it had that hole in the plug, but I cant remember what it excatly looked like. Def not the oil pan plug or the tranny drain plug.

Ok guys! thank you so much for the help! I just came home from the dealership and the mechanic I talked to told me it is the cap where the block heater is on now! The mechanic who worked with my car probably forgot to take it away (the cap was sitting there for 2 months then! ). He said without anything that covers the hole will cause my engine to blow-up as it is the spot where anti-freeze flows, I didnt know the coolant also flows inside the engine? Im such a n00b!

Eventhough he sounds 100% correct I dont know why I still have this bad feeling that it might be something else? maybe Im just worried too much

Can't be. Loss of the containment bolt would have resulted in a cascade failure terminating in a warp core breach.

In all seriousness, glad to hear the OP figured out what it actually was.

True but honda took that into account when they designed the VTEC nessels. A static warp bubble was temporarily created that protected the car from annihilation once the bolt dematerialized and then rematerialized!
