Are you having streaks created?
If so, get Honda to change the blade but don't say due to that.
They changed mine and the driver side streaks went away. The window is fine so, it proves even more the blades were bad.

Also.... are your blades acting funny?
Explain your problem~

Sorry... went away for the weekend, wasn't around.
Basically I was getting terrible streaks across the window from both blades... it was snowing pretty steadily and I was driving on the highway, so maybe 110km/h. I thought maybe there was some ice built up on them, but they seem to streak fairly consistantly.
If I want Honda to change them, why can't I tell them to do it because of streaking? (reference what you said)

I totaly agree and could also be getting stuck on any ice stuck to windshield.
Use your defrost while warming your car up in the morning then use wipers you should see better results.
