Maybe some debris slashed your tire?

Sidewall damage on tires is much more rare than tread damage but can happen under certain conditions/circumstances.

get that donut off the FRONT NOW!!!!!!! you are damaging the limited slip differential in the transmission!!!!!!!!

move it to the rear and put a 17" wheel up front, i hope you havent been riding it like that for long. wow, thats one of the worst things you can do to the limited slip is have 2 different size wheels/tires on either side. i believe it says this in the manual too, which means it could void your warranty.

Yeah but wouldn't the spare have the same diameter as the stock wheel?

i dont know, i didnt hit any bumps or debris, but the roads here are terrible. i find out tomarrow what the dealer is doing about it. its not like going to a dealre in the states, so we'll see. i know it would be in their best interest to either replace my tire or buy me new ones, something to make it right.

crappy thing here is its not from a dealer, like not a conventional one anyways. with me being in germany, finding a new u.s. spec car proves harder than in the states, for obvious reasons. so there are independet companies or whatever who have dealerships that cator to the military, the one i went through does honda, toyota, vw/audi, and mazda. it also has no service department. so i called me man there right after it happened, but he wasnt working on saturday. he said he's find something out for me on monday, so we will see. i know they WILL make it right, whether i have to buy 2 new tires myself, b/c i wont run just one new tire, i have to somewhat match, i.e. 2 stock on from and 2 new on back, or vice versa. i'd rather just have a new all season on there. as soon as the weather clears up here im gettin some good summer tires anyways so it doesnt matter
