have an 06 DX sedan making weird noise....

I have an 06 DX sedan with stock suspension and it is making a weird sound at random times. The sound is like fluid in a shock being compressed and flowing py the piston. I don't know if this is what it is, but that is just what it sounds like. anyone else have this problem or have any ideas on what it could be? thanks....

I do recall on some 06's people needing to have rear shocks and sometimes front struts replaced to them being leaky.

Your sound MIGHT be coming from a leaky shock or strut but the only way to know is to check for leaks, either visible or by feeling the rear shocks behind the back tires. They should be dry.

Some have reported stains from the leaks under the cars where the struts and or shocks would be.

Not sure though if this is your problem.

You can always have a friend push on the front and or rear of your car (carefully as not to dent anything) while you sit inside. If you hear the noise, it definately is shock or strut related.

Of course, without being in the car, I really can't say for sure.

Like someone else will say soon I am sure, take it to the dealer for a quick check.
