Rear rattling noise and fuel guage..

Hi-

I have 2 issues:
1. I'm now pretty sure that I hear a loud rattle coming from the rear of my 2007 LX. It comes from the right rear speaker board. When I depress it, it goes off for sometime, and it is back. Anyone had this problem, and fixed it for ever.
2. I'm not sure if my fuel indicator is accurate. I refill everytime as soon as I see the orange light glow up. Not sure how much is left then. (2 lines of display in the fuel guage). It stops filling at around 10.3 gallons. This happens everytime. Is this ok?
Thanks,

the fuel thing is normal, it keeps a reserve of about 2 gallons, but its best to fill when thye light comes on.

once i refilled when there were no bars and it took about 11 gallons to fill it up

and the rear deck rattle is a common problem.

especially for me because now i have two 12's in the back, i just folded down the seat, got some paper towls, folded them over and stuffed em in the crease between the seat and the deck and hooked the seat back to the deck and it helped a bit. later on i plan on insulating the whole thing
