Melting Fuse [After market Fogs]

I'm not sure if i should be concerned, but after installing my P&P HID's, and this may not nessarly be a contributing factor of this, a week later my fogs weren't lighting up. I really don't belive they are of highly cheap craftsmanship, because they have worked awsome. I check my inline fuse, and this is what i pulled

I plugged in a new one and all is good. Any thoughts? I'm just not sure if i should be concerned. Thanks,

I was thinking to go higher, but the fuse the kit came with was only 15. 5 amps could be risky

I got them off ebay from seller named [Supervtec] I couldn't pull up my purchase transaction, and from what I found on ebay, he changed to a different brand or something.

You may have a shorted wire, pinched or rubbing against the frame or metal in the car. I wouldn't recommend putting in a higher fuse. Other things could start to melt that arn't so easy to replace, or cheap.
