ABS/Brake light
Hello all.
I've encoutered my first "problem" with my 06 civic. I put on some HID's a month ago. Yesterday a friend called saying he needed a jump, drove over and jumped him. ( I had the red clip on the + battery terminal and the black clip on the engine block). Then on my way home I noticed my right headlight flickered. When I got home it still did it sporatically so i popped the hood and made sure the connections were ok...all day today no problems with the light. Last night though I did notice twice that right after I turned on the car the brake light and the ABS light stayed on. If I turned off the car and restarted it the lights were gone. Today it did it twice again. any ideas? |

it could just mean that your brake fluid is low. I'm not 100% on that but alot of new cars put the ABS light on if the fluid is low. Thats the easiest thing for you to check and fix yourself. If thats not it I would just take it to the dealer, b/c it could become a major safety problem. good luck!
