I used a 14mm box end wrench on the tensioner pulley (black pulley basically just below the idler pulley) and slipped the handle of my floor jack over it for extra leverage and pull towards the front of the car. This releases the tension allowing you to slip the belt off of one of the other pulleys. Then gently release the tensioner pulley. Don't put your fingers between a pulley and the belt when you have force applied to the tensioner pulley bolt because if your wrench slips you could crush your fingers!

If you've replaced all three pulleys and it is lose then you've missed getting the belt routed properly. Make sure it's centered on all pulleys (especially the ribbed ones). I set up the belt on all of the pulleys except for the idler pulley, then pulled the tensioner pulley towards the front of the car and slid the idler pulley with the belt on it over the shaft that holds the idler pulley and threaded the idler pulley bolt in by hand. Then I released the tensioner pulley, tightened the idler pulley bolt and verified the belt was centered correctly on all pulleys.

At least for me I've noticed if I use ImageShack® - Image Hosting that my pics stick around for the most part on forums.

If you have time it would be great to be able to see the pics again as I will be also purchasing the pully kit within the next few months along w/ other mods.

Has anyone noticed that after installing the NST pulleys, that on really HOT days (Miami summers are harsh) when at idle the A/C doesn't cool too well? While driving it cools fine, and if stopped, if I hold the rpms a little higher it cools fine as well.
I am almost positive its because of the pulleys, maybe underdriving the compressor, but just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

i will be dynoing these saturday. I dyno'd last time at 206.5 so we shall see what these babies put down. It will be on the same dyno and relitively the same temp. It was 98 last time and its only got hotter. I will keep you guys posted.
