06 SI Oil Leak issues

Have any of you owners of the 06-07 SI had any oil leak issues? ... I recently changed my oil and noticed that I had a small drip coming off of the filter...I thought it was a defective filter gasket etc....I changed the filter and checked again after about 200 or so miles...the same leak was there...I put some dye in my oil and noticed that the leak was coming from 2 places..the Oil cooler housing (just behind the filter)....I also noticed a slight leak in the area of the (help me on this) but I think it's the 'chain case cover' (small black looking bracket). I have about 9,950 miles on her and am going to the dealer Tuesday...Just wondering if anybody else has had a similar issue...
