Dumbass move..........

hey,
Last night I was leaving the mall and as i was getting ready to pull out i decided instead to go forward because there was no car in front of me. I swore that i didnt see a parking bumper in front of me and so i drove forward and over the bumper and BAM! stuck. So i threw her in reverse and bam overr she goes. Now the car drives fine to me no noises or anything like that. Im a very careful person, shit like this never happens to me all i wanna do is just wanna make sure that I didnt **** anything up. Im going in for an oil change tuesday and just dont wanna tell the service advisor. WHat should i do, look for myself?

How far over did you go?? Chances are you didnt hurt anything but your pride and frame and/or front tow loop. If your wheels were still far enough on the ground to reverse, than you probably are good. But look under, theres no harm in making sure

if it drives fine i think all youll be able to tell is that is cosmetically damaged
youll need a machine that measures if the body is bent or tweaked.

I did something like this a few weeks ago. I was pulling out of a drive-thru. Theres this dumba** curb on the pass. side of it that goes out about 3 feet further than it should. I wasnt paying attention, forgot it was there, turned right into it. Drove the whole right side of my car over the whole thing. Didnt hurt anything under the car, but I got a faily deep gash in my right front tire.

You probably just hit the plastic shield underneath the front.

i did the same exact thing one time leaving a Publix shopping plaza...the noise was loud....i was working at the dealer at the time so as soon as i got back to work i put her up on the lift....i didn't find any damage the car hit one of the rails underneath my car but it only scratched the bolt that was there....
