^^ Looks like you may need to re-torque the valve cover hold down bolts.Or you have a restriction in the crank case ventilation system.

restriction like what?

i replace the gasket and cover the sides with sealant, and re-torque it by 7.4ft/lbs. ill see if this fixed the problem..

^^ Like a pinched hose.I've seen new cars with shipping paper stuck in hoses before. If the crank case is not venting correctly it will find a way to vent.Like valve cover seals, front & rear crank seals. Once the problem is fixed the seals will stop leaking. If poor crank case ventilation is the problem.Just some ideas to check.

That may just be seapage from the oil trapped under the gasket during assembly. Hose it down with brake clean and check it again at your next oil change.

Man, some of you people sure do blindly back Honda. There is no reason that should be seeping with only 12K on the clock. Take it to the dealer. Don't bother re-tightening anything. That is what your warranty is for.

If you abuse any car you will have a problem,no matter if it has 100 or 100,000 miles or even 12k miles.

That PIC was taken before he installed the turbo...You can tell because the stock header is still there. Here is a PIC of my leak before I slapped on the turbo:
