just for of torque you snap the bolts???? wierd....
when i torque it down the first time when i remove the valve cover it holds fine and no problem... the second time i remove the valvecover, i torque it down again then i use a socket wrench and tighten it like 1/8 turn.

Go back to honda and order a new bolt. I did the same thing with the bottom left front bolt. I can't seem the remember the part number they will be able to help you out at honda or acura. The same part is used in the RSX so if honda dont have it go to acura.

I believe it cost something like 6$ ~ 10$.

Remember that the valve cover bolts there are two different types so make sure you get the right ones.

They're the same value. One is just in inch/lbs and the other is ft/lbs
