Minor "heartbeat" like sputtering during idle.

Hey guys, so I have a 2007 fa5 with about 35xxx miles on it. Just yesterday I was on my way to go eat with my friend and my friend notice at a complete stop he felt a minor sputter and asked me "dude is that your car sputtering?" I kind of thought it was my car too but denied that it cant be my car...when I parked to go inside the restaurant I stayed a bit inside my car to really determine if it was my car, then it was gone. After we ate I drove my car again, and it came back. Its not BADDD but still at this point I dont think that I should gave this kind of problem with my car. Its bone stock..any ideas? Any feedback would be great. Thanks 8th.

si, a/c off. i thought it could maybe the fact that i connected my cell phone car charger a couple days back but took it off and no difference. its weird cause it JUST started happening. i do have an amp and sub connected, but the sub is blown so i put the sub ALL the way low level. i dont know what this could be. going in to my local shop this weekend to see what this could be. hopefully hell be able to tell me what the probblem is.

My car just started doing this a few weeks ago.

At idle when sitting in the car you can feel/hear a bap bap bap bap bap bap and if you go outside the car and stand by the exhaust you hear the same thing.

I replaced my plugs and changed my air fiilter. No change

Suggestions anyone?
