Headlight question...

I just bought a driverside headlight and it has a lot of very small rock chips on it sort of. Is there any way I can rid the headlight of these small crap? I heard to buff it but I have no idea how to do that and what product to use. Please help, thanks

buff out with the stuff that is used to "repair" cds and lamin-x over the top maybe?

Oh, I'm currently working on my retro. Going good so far, Just got the projectors in the crome area and need to fit it in my car so i can aim it.

I don't think its that its dirty, its more like very tiny rock dents or something.

I have the same thing too,it's like small rock chips etc. I will buy some lamin-x,nothing to be worried about though.

I know but I was planning to use that headlight for a retro. I want it to look good and not like crap.
