Lets see how I can explain this a little better, When you floor your pedal it is most likely you are going for the 7800-8400RPM range, if this occurs then you'll step on your cluth and shift. While this is going on, your RPM will not drop as quickly into the lower RPM range. if you reflash then it will drop allot quicker and you'll then are going to get a really good hang of your pedal to keep the RPM from droppin to low in those conditions. It is not a flaw and that is why it was not eliminated on the 07 models. You have the option to reflash though. I am just relaying as to what I was told though.

Tell him he's and Idiot for me. Its strictly for emmisions. When you take your foot off the gas fast in a cable operated throttle the cylinders will load with a little more gas then normal and spit it out the back into the cat. Throttle hang allows it to be burned before getting into the cat. This makes for a cleaner car.

They couldn't duplicate the lack of throttle response problem, and my ECU reflash is the latest available. They did fix the rattle however. I would have to go back another day WITH a tech with me, and I'll duplicate the throttle problem (not revhang), and 3rd gear grind.
