Honda sucks when it comes to dead battery

A buddy of mine left my lights on and of course ran the battery dead..O by the way i'm about three hours from home in the middle of nowhere..Tryed jumping it off and it kept staling out with the moblizer light flashing. Had it towed to the dealer, replaced the battery and still nothing....Now for all of you that thinking you can turn the key in the door a few times then the ignition to reprogram the keys, this is wrong the teck took the + end and the - end and held them together for 30 sec to rest the computer. turns out the car goes into a safe mode, then give it about five minutes then turn the key. Finaly 6 hours later i'm here to bash honda for putting more computers in than motor, I also hope this is all the problems I ever have or i'll have to go to M I T for four years so i can work on my ride...
