Trunk would not open!

Hi Guys,

Just hope this doesnt happen to you. I have a gg 06 SI and this is only for the SI. I tried to open my trunk a couple of weeks ago and it wouldnt open with the remote and with the interior lever. If you have an SI you all know that there is no key opening for the trunk.

To top it all off you cannot lower the seats from the inside. Needless to say I took it to the dealer and had to wait a couple days for them to change the latch, they told me they had to remove the rear seats to gain access. I just wanted to let you guys know just in case this happens to you.

Good thing here in Canada we still have the key hole. Sorry to here about your problem though.

one of the reason why i bought an ex instead of the dx and lx cuz of that ugly KEYHOLE!!!!
