Exclamation Seat belt gets stuck on!

After driving for a while like driving for an hour straight and I get home I try to unbuckle my seatbelt I push the button in and it's jammed. Have to loosen tension on seatbelt in order to un buckle it. Any one have this problem?
This just started happening.

They are designed not to release if there is to much tension on the belt. It prevents it from coming undone in an acident.

What other cars have you driven? They improve the safety systems every year.

Try a 2007 Lexus GS 350 2007 Lexus LS 460 2007 Lexus GX 470 and I am a Senior tech at a Lexus dealer and have never seen this before. I tried this on all of them and th LS 460 is the most advanced car out there. How many cars in the US do you know of that can park themselves?
Oh and I tried it in the passenger seat on my car and it works fine so does this mean in a accident the passenger is not as important as the driver and they can get ejected from a car and it's ok.

Plus there isn't much tension on the seat belt at all.
