TSB # for driver side window wind noise?

I read some where that there is a TSB for this issue. Would someone please tell me the number?
I can't find it here http://www.alldata.com/tsb/Honda/index-issue.html

My 2007 Si coupe is very solid with this exception that drives me nuts since I do mostly highway (high speed) driving.
I just want to go to the dealer prepared.

Thanks!

Get this, took brand new 07 EX Coupe for undercoating and 3M bra. Instantly had high pitch whine outside drivers window above 60 Km/ hr which my wife nailed down as outside mirror . While driving I ran my finger around outside of mirror and found a spot[the width of my finger] where whine stopped. I put a 2 inch piece of masking tape over the edge of the bra [ applied to the mirrors ] at the spot and whine stopped. It was actually the bra edge causing the whine. I told the installers and of course they had never heard of such a thing but trimmed back the edge of the bra aproximately 1/4 inch and the whine was reduced by about half. Of course when I told them this they almost called me a liar this time so I actually showed them where I put the tape and then took them for a ride and showed them that when I removed the tape the whine returned. They heard the whine and were quite astounded because it almost doesn't make sense. They are going to cut a new bra for the mirror and we will see what happens.

WOW! I have 3M as well and yesterday I realized that the sound is coming from the mirror because when I open the window, this whistling noise just gets louder and is coming from the mirror area. I initially thought that it's a space between the mirror and the mirror housing.
I even brought by car to the dealer and they replaced the whole door gasket/clips stating that they found a broken clip. Obviously, the noise did not go away.
How did your noise sound? Was it a whistling sound that started at about 50MPH? It is so deceiving that it sounds like it’s coming from the top of the window. I'll try your trick tomorrow. Thanks!

Well, I taped the 3M edges on my driver's mirror and the noise is gone! Thanks for the info... Now I have to go back to dealer and do something about it. I wonder what would change if they re-apply the film. For some reason the air is whistling only on this side.
