harsh click when ac turns on

has anyone also experienced a harsh click when your ac or heater turns on its almost like a knock, just wondering if this was normal, this happens even when the car is fully warmed up it just sounds the worst when its not. any ideas?

normal, its the A/C clutch engaging to spin the compressor.

The A?C compresson my on 06 LX sedan is very loud, clicking can be heard everytime it turns on and off.

This is the norm for Honda cars.
