Coupe C-Pillar ABS covers

Hello Everybody im new to this posting, i was wondering if anybody that has a 06' coupe had the rear C-pillar ABS cover's not fitting properly meaning a smooth fit, i recently went in to my local Honda sevice dept and i addressed this concern to the service technician so they ordered two new C-pillar posts (tech said they cannot just replace the cover but the whole piece) they got my part in already and i will arrange a day for them to replace i will keep everybody posted as to the install and if it appears in better condition. So far this dealer and the service dept have been top notch i have bought my 2nd civic from them.

New 8gen owner.

By ABS do you mean SRS? The airbag cover thing in my coupe doesnt fit flush either. I rather have it like that then them messing something else up while trying to fix it.

Do you have a picture? Also I hate to have any Tech mess with an Air Bags, I always wonder if they will fix it right and if it will open when I need it.

SRS C-pillar covers

hello everybody sorry i took so long to reply back on this problem well the dealer did fix my defect problem and was covered completely under warrenty after they took off the old one and replaced it, not knowing that they ordered the wrong color so in all it took about 2 visits to fix it but the replacement work was clean job and I would recommend it if you have this defect i will try to post a pic of what it used to look like before pic unfornutely I dont have an after pic cos I traded in this baby for my new 2007 SI sedan. So enjoy
