I would consider it. If it was just a properly formatted pdf with all the chapters and reference links made , etc. etc., for surely, if it was a simple scan and pdf dump, not really. :)

~Cr8tive.. manuals.. .need manuals ...

If your going to do it don't do it with the intention of making money because it won't last long. All it takes is for one person to buy it from you and then post it as a free download to everyone else .

Who's gonna sit there and upload a 600+ MB pdf file? Better yet, who's gonna scavenge the net for a place that WILL host it for free? People are still buying the copies I made for the other cars I did.

For anyone truly interested...
Just waiting my books to get here then I can get the process started.

I have the Helms manuals so of course I'm biased, but I'd recommend that everyone shell out the money for the manuals - which really isn't that much if you think about how much we're paying for mods and how much the manuals can potentially help DIYers. They are amazing. And I think it is nice to have the hard copies... I think that pdf's, even formatted ones, would be a big PITA, but I guess if you want to just print out the specific pages every time you do something, that'd work. Though there's the copyright-infringement thing too...

$75 is a bargain. Ever tried pricing Toyata or Porche manuals?? Toyota run about 150-200. Porsches run about 500-1000, if you can get a copy!

I'm thankful Honda service manuals are as cheap as they are and readily available.

As far as a PDF version, I tried that with other cars and it's always a pain, even if you print out the pages you need to do a simple task. They send you back to another section of the manual to do sub assembly work... I've found it much easier to flip back and forth in a manual right there when you are working on the car.

I've learned to purchase a service manual for every vehicle I own and if/when I sell the car, I'm pretty sure you would be able to get at least 50% back of your purchase price of the manual if you sell it then. I tend to keep mine on a bookshelf as a collection of cars that I have owned.
