Urgent responds please...

My car is in the dealer right now. It got an oil leak.
The car has only CAI and Greddy EVO2 exhaust.
the car was sitting there since Tuesday.
They said they will order parts to fix it.
And said it will be done by late today.
I just called in they said the car has been messing around with. They said the valve cover missing bolts and so the brackets and all that from the car. And they won't take it as warrant. They're playing meeee for sure here. What action should I take now?

I think if you spoke to anybody with a brain they would know that your cai has nothing at all to do with you missing valve cover bolts. You are going to have to file a complaint through honda. No you will not be paying for it. You may initially, but you will get your money back through litigation. You can't be a slouch or slacker. Depending on the overall cost, you could probably just do small claims and get your money in less than 6 months. If that is the case, make sure you spend the extra 30 bucks or so to have a officer do the delivery.

It leaks at the crank and the damage gasket also.
When I drop the car for them to fix. They said it was caused by the last oil change(I was like wtf how does it cause by the oil change? They did it by the way). They have been working on my cars to fix the problem(going to 2 different dealers). They said I have been messing with the engine(Which I did not). Opening the valve cover and missing bracket and bolts. I called Honda and they gonna investigate. I also request for a new engine. Though I need quite suggestions of what to do here. Should I take the car home or leave it there? By any chance I would win a new engine? This car has given me lots of trouble and times. Thanks all

Federal law states the dealer has to prove the problem is cause by the aftermarket products, Before they refuse warranty. Tell them that....look it up in your owners manual...... It says it in their....And tell the dealer that and let them know you are calling Honda as well.... that # for Honda is also in your manual....Dont let them walk on you....they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

agreed , CAI/ exhaust have nothing to do with missing bolts from the valve cover....tell them to use some common sense before they come up with BS

no reason to deny warranty for that. i had a gasket from the vtec sylanoid replaced last monday. had a small leak. they saw that i had an intake and moved on. the only thing they did say to me that they had to check if it had anything to do w the accident iwas involved in sept. after lookin they saw it couldnt and then fixed the car under warranty. they are BS-ing you.

all u have done is intake and exsuaghst thats all?

Finally I talk to the brainer!
I got the service manager to apologize this morning when I called in I was screaming at him like hell lol. Felt better after he said everything will be taken care of. They will have the car reflash also as I ask due to the RPM hanging. The VIN# range isn't in the recall range. I guess I scared them somehow.
Thanks guys, Feeling much better.

Oh by the way.
I just got my car back before they close for the weekend right at 6PM.
The RPM hanging kinda go away and drive kinda smoother. Haven't drive it for a week so might lost the taste of driving manual lol. There were few things kinda gone wrong with the car. First when I drove it home, it feels pretty rough and vibration was worse at idle and the squeaky noise thing(from transmission or so under the hood) when taken off. Also the power steering or suspension kinda slide or harder to turn from curve. Then I drove it to my friend's house after got it home, it was alright but later when I drove home. It' feels much smooth and normal except the power steering. So gotta see tomorrow if still happening with all that.
Thanks everyone for the concern.
Ken
