I installed a Skunk2 Race header about a week ago. I had a CEL with an error code of P1157. I contacted Skunk2 for assistance, but they told me they had no idea what the code meant. I contacted the dealership which provided me with the information for the code I was receiving. My primary O2 sensor went bad. I ordered a new oem replacement sensor, re spliced it (necessary to fit header, otherwise disregard splicing) and she is now running fine. I am attaching the PDF file with the info on the error code from honda. I am just hoping this can help someone else in the future.

Found it for $102, you may find it cheaper but its a start.
I used a O2 sensor specific tool, borrowed it from Autozone. First time I used vise grips, I dunno if it might've contributed to me ruining the first one. This is what it looked like:
