My brother has had them in his truck wired with no resistor or anything for years. Still work fine.

How many and where are they going?

The cathodes should be stable in 11-16DVC.

It should have its' own power supply. I didn't know you bought a cathode for a PC but it is 12DVC so it should be fine.

The only problem is how to power it up.. The OEM Fuses somehow r too small!! and fuse taps just don't want to do their jobs Can I just replace the OEM Small fuse for a regular "mini fuse"? thanks!

I would not try to modify the fust panel, or use those fuse taps, I think they're kinda ghetto. I'd wire it into a switched 12v source such as the remote turn on wire for your radio or your cigaretty lighter. They're such low power drain that it's not going to cause problems.

I used a product called "add a circuit" from autozone. Just make sure you buy the mini fuse kit. Mini fuses are much bigger than stock but they do fit. I'll try to post pics when i get a chance.
