Need desperate HELP ASAP!! PLEASE!!

im at my folks place trying to install sway bars
from an Si onto the DX-G.

Now i have the front installed but it is the rear bar
im having issues.

I was told by Honda i need a L-shaped braket that comes
down onto the bracket for the bar.

Can someone show me an image of this or even better...
can someone take a pic of the damn thing installed. I need
a view of the bracket & endlinks.

Thanks!!!

u don't have a sway bar(i don't think) so you're gonna need to buy the bracket from the SI(including bolts) and probably sway bar end links too. along with bushings and bolts

i already have all the hardware but found out through
honda which i called after posting this there is a stoopid ass
L-bracket that goes to the U-bracket (bushings) from the
chassis or such.

I had to order the L-braket as they never mentioned this when
i placed the order for all bolts, bushings, brakets, stabilizer bars, etc...

nice to see no body came to my rescue....argghhh!

OH POO!! Jason I was supposed to call you last night sorry bro. I got stuck at my aunts house, then helping my neighbour with his car that was stuck a block away, THEN had to help my mom with her new MP3 player. Forgot!!

Was this why you wanted me to call ya???????

Come see my car, then you'll see how it works. (and feel the power of the "dock veeteck")

How much did that cost you? Is it a huge improvement? I have a CDN DX model...........handling isn't terrible, but still, my Intrepid puts this car to shame.

52317-SVB-A01 BRACKET, R. RR. STABILIZER
52318-SVB-A01 BRACKET, L. RR. STABILIZER

do you have this part? this is the the L bracket that is bolted to the chassis and this is where the sway bar gets bolted on to.

so far just with the Si front sway installed it was a big difference!!
i hit the bottom of my folk road which cracks a real hard U-turn
onto a straight away, so i hit it hard thinking it would roll still
a bit seeing as i didnt get rears on quite yet.....Wow!!

once i get the L-brakets tommorow im installin em yet to get better
handling.

Ya....thats the reason i called, but no worries cuz Ian (old friend of mine)
that works at Honda service had a Si on the hoist. He told me about the
L-braket that comes down and onto the U-braket which is on the swaybar.

oh....and my Civic is a CDN DX-G R18

^ ya, Ian is a good friend of mine too, used to be in a 'rival' car club (Royal something forgot)

Good ole Ian Nadeau, weird cause I didn't know he was back in town. I guess I'll see him tomorrow considering I'm having this stupid issue with my throttle not being useful.
