I just installed Skunk2 exhaust and got questions~

I installed Skunk2 exhaust and whenever I start up the car cold, it makes click noise when I start up from the below if as the exhaust is moving. It only happens during startup. Is this normal?

does seem to have rubbing/bumping issues, especially with the heat shield

all my connections and hangers are tight as can be and i have occasionally had rattling due to what i think is the exhaust knocking off the heat shield

put it up on a lift, moved it away from the shield, made sure everything was secure....sure enough a day later i had the rattling again.....so i don't know may have to buy some type of aftermarket hanger or latch to secure it, because moving it around isn't working.

I've had mine on almost 2 weeks and no rattling or bumping, used stock bolts on cats also.

I didnt use the stock bolts. I took em out and used the ones that came with the exhaust. And for me, it only rattles during startup. Weird..

The hangars seem long on the muffler and may tap a thin piece of metal under the bumper. You can cut some of the metal away or try to bend it. I used a rubber stopper and slid over the ends of the hangars on the muffler. No rub or rattle now!

no rattles here or clicking noise. double check the hangers on the muffler tip.
