CEL blinking. anyone else experience this?
I think i first noticed it after i put in the Fujita SR. No check engine light when the engine is on. but with engine off and key accessory on the CEL stays on for bout 15 seconds than blinks 5 times and turns off. SI has 22,000 miles, all maintenance done at appropriate intervals. so is this just normal operation of the CEL or is it blinking for some other reason. Generic OBD2 scan tools cannot read ecu without CAN BUS adapter that i dont have
