Windshield Washer Pump/Motor Problem

I think my washer pump/motor just gave up today. I was driving after work today and as I pulled the lever to give my windshield a mist I've noticed that it's not working. Can't hear the pump/motor but the wiper is working, I'm wondering maybe it's just frozen due to a very cold temperature today here in Chicago but in a second thought it might be gone so I need a new pump. I'm thinking of bringing my car to the dealership but things like that, I would rather do it myself. For now my Si is inside my garage, let see what will happen tomorrow.
Has anyone experience this before?
Is there any easy access to the pump without pulling out the bumper?

this person had the sorta the same problem you are experiencing

Windshield washer fluid won't spray...Help!

check ur fluid lines first and make sure a fluid line didnt disconnect before determining that it is ur pump ... hopefully everything will thaw out for ya (if it is that) n everything will b ok!

Thanks for the reply bro!!! The only difference between our case is he can hear the pump going but no mist. I haven't tried since I park my car in the garage hoping it's just frozen due to bitter cold the other day..
I will post the result so other will be aware when they get this kind of symptom on their windshield mist.
Thanks again.
