Does your seat back move?

Mine does, enough that its annoying, and I was wondering if I was the only one.
I took the car in today for a couple of warranty issues and they tried to tell me that the seat is designed to move a little bit. I told them I dont care, the car didnt do it when I first got it, it is doing it now, and its under warranty so you are going to check it. I then walked over to a civic in the showroom and showed them that the seat doesnt move at all. They ordered the whole sub-structure for the seats and I get to go back some time next week to get it fixed.

Crap, sounds like another service department that needs to be fixed. Honda should have a warranty on that.

"Hi American Honda Motor Corp, i'm having an issue with my dealership. I believe their still under warranty so can i get them fixed? I'm pretty sure their broken."

that would be nice wouldn't it? Honda corp goes to the dealership, reflashes their ECU (ie brain) and viola, problem fixed.

Maybe in a crash, most stuff are designed to move a little but not for everyday driving lol.

I noticed my drivers seat is starting to 'wobble' a little bit. I'm not a big guy either...
